The First Psychological examination is aimed at collecting the patient's anamnestic and clinical history with regard to any clinical risk factors and an overall assessment of the functional cognitive, social and relational capacity. The visit includes a complete medical history of the patient's current clinical situation and past medical history regarding past illnesses, illnesses in the family, any medications taken and analysis of past or present disorders.
